1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and bgwin ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bgwin platform, including all associated services, games, promotions, and payment functionality accessible at bgwin.ws. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the bgwin platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2Account Registration

To access the full bgwin platform, including betting markets and casino games, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• You must be aged 21 or above at the time of registration. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Each person may hold only one active bgwin account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, or accounts sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method used for fraudulent purposes, may all be closed at bgwin's sole discretion.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. bgwin will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

bgwin processes all deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's major mobile wallet providers. The following terms apply to all payment transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. bgwin does not charge platform fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are the responsibility of the account holder.
• Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. bgwin targets same-session processing for approved withdrawal requests, with funds reaching your nominated mobile wallet typically within minutes of approval. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods.
• bgwin reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing without meaningful gaming activity may be treated as a breach of these Terms and investigated accordingly.
• bgwin operates a strict anti-money-laundering policy. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering, fraud, or the processing of criminally obtained funds will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

5Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another account or individual.
• bgwin reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account and wagering has begun, the bonus terms that were in effect at the time of crediting will apply.
• Where bgwin has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has abused a promotional offer — including through coordinated group play, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion — bgwin may void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend the relevant account.
• Seasonal promotions — including those tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh — are available for the stated promotional period only. Late claims will not be honoured after the promotional window has closed.
• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bgwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, using another person's account, or using a false identity, false age declaration, or fraudulent payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of any game, betting market, or promotional offer, including through chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or using the bgwin platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering or financial fraud.
• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, or circumventing geo-restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the bgwin platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the bgwin brand identity — is the proprietary property of bgwin or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any bgwin content without prior written authorisation from bgwin. Your account registration grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if bgwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bgwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bgwin does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, connectivity issues, or events beyond bgwin's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. bgwin will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will not be liable for losses caused by platform unavailability outside its direct control.

9Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your bgwin account.
• Loss limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period to protect your bankroll.
• Session reminders — receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play so you can assess your session and take breaks.
